Our History - CSEIT/TechEdge
The Citrix Support Engineering Institute of Technology (CSEIT), is Citrix Technical Supports event for troubleshooting the Citrix Application Delivery environment. It began nine years ago in 2001 as small in-depth troubleshooting training event for technical support agreement customers prior to Citrix iForum/Synergy. Over the years CSEIT has grown from 50 customers to over 300, and has trained customers on over 50 different troubleshooting topics.
As the Citrix Application Infrastructure environment has become more complex, so has the need to provide practical troubleshooting training not only to our support agreement customers, but to our partners as well. In 2009 the CSEIT event name was changed to Citrix TechEdge, a new name after the event was also introduced to partners at Citrix Summit 2008.
The CSEIT/TechEdge training is provided by top Citrix Technical Support engineers who are subject matter experts on various topics. CSEIT/TechEdge provides a unique opportunity for the customer to gain real world experience from the troubleshooting experts, who can answer their technical issues and provide them with the power to understand how to do their job more effectively and efficiently.
